Mission Statement

Our Lady of the Lake, a faith-filled community, promotes the growth of the whole student.  This nurturing community aids students on their journey toward a life of continuous learning, community service, and emotional well-being.

Belief Statement

AT OUR LADY OF THE LAKE THE PARISH, PARENTS, FACULTY AND ADMINISTRATION BELIEVE THAT EACH STUDENT IS A SPECIAL PERSON – A CHILD OF GOD.

SPIRITUALLY …

We believe in immersing the students in the whole message of Christ in a vibrant community of faith which leads naturally to serving others. We strive to complement and supplement the work of parents and guardians in fostering the Christian growth of students at various levels of their development.

INTELLECTUALLY …

We believe students learn best when challenged by a curriculum which utilizes student time and talents through the flexible, rigorous and relevant use of materials suited to meet their needs.
We believe it is our responsibility to educate the whole child and to foster in all students a love of learning and an appreciation and understanding of diversity.

SOCIALLY …

We believe students must understand the intrinsic value and dignity within themselves and every child of God. We believe students will develop a deep, vital love of God, themselves and others. We believe students will demonstrate this love through reverence, respect and loyalty in their life of faith and as American citizens.

PHYSICALLY…

We believe that a significant aspect of achieving one’s potential is developing a healthy lifestyle; being fit for life. We believe that students should be given choices that lead them to desire wellness.
