Pastor
I was ordained a priest in 1980 and have been pastor of Our Lady of the Lake Parish since its inception in February 2010. After my first assignment at St. Sebastian Parish in Akron, I attended Catholic University of American in Washington D.C. where I earned a Doctorate in Systematic Theology with a focus on Liturgy and Sacramental Theology. I was a full time faculty member of St. Mary Seminary Graduate School of Theology for five years before becoming pastor of Ascension Parish on Cleveland’s west side, where I served for nearly sixteen years. I continue to serve as adjunct faculty to the seminary in addition to my responsibilities as pastor of Our Lady of the Lake Parish.
